No. You can join with an idea, a problem you want to explore, or simply with your skills and curiosity.
During the camp, you will discover opportunities and shape ideas together with others and Bosch experts.
Entrepreneurs, (serial) founders, engineers, researchers, developers, and business builders with a drive to build in climate tech or CCUS. You don't need a startup, a team, an idea, or an business case - just the motivation to collaborate and create something meaningful.
We’re looking for people who want to keep building, not just brainstorm for a few days. After the Bosch MatchCamp, we will support you to sharpen your idea and create a solid pitch for the Investment Committee of Bosch Business Innovations. If successful, you will be granted to enter our 12-month venture-building journey where promising teams get ready for investors, with Bosch as a potential strategic minority partner.
Please note: Bosch MatchCamp is an invitation-only event. Applications are reviewed carefully, and only selected participants will be invited to join.
Applications are open until November 20, 2025, at 6:00 PM CET. We recommend applying early as spots are limited, and we review applications on a rolling basis. We will get back to you within 3-5 working days.

Bosch MatchCamp brings together internal experts and external founders to generate new venture ideas. It’s all about connecting experience, ideas, and people to build future business opportunities around real-world challenges.
No, participation is free for selected applicants. Travel and accommodation are self-organized unless otherwise stated. Catering will be provided during the event.

All session and materials will be in English.
